Free initial home visit
I realise that hiring an interior designer may seem daunting and having a ‘click’ is important. Therefore, I will gladly plan a free home visit to discuss your project’s plans, needs and wants in more detail. This will also give me an opportunity to see your personal style and talk about your budget. Your lifestyle is very important, because I believe the design should suit your life. I don’t believe in designing just to make something beautiful. The design needs to work for you.
In case a home visit is not possible, we can easily plan a video chat with a virtual walk-around.

Services & Fee Proposal
Within a week of the home visit, you will receive a document outlining the proposed services and my fee. If you decide to proceed this document forms the basis of our agreement
Design Concept & Development
Depending on the project, I will require a set of up to date drawings/dimensions before I get started. If these not available, the first step will be a survey where I will come and take dimensions and photographs as needed.
I will also encourage you to pull together images that speak to you, which are always a great way to support the design process.
Following these, I will then create your design proposals which will be presented in the appropriate 2D or 3D visualisations within the agreed timeframe. Naturally this is not a static process, a good design can only be achieved by interaction, so a number of revisions is always included in my quotations.
Execution of Design Concept
After receiving the final design proposals & depending on our agreement, you can then take these forward yourself or I can assist you (at an additional cost).
